New Member with a CoDA Book.

 Hello,

This is my first Posting here but I have been on other Internet Forums before.

I live in a small rural town and we have AA meetings a plenty but nothing for codependency.

Years ago my youngest sister got treatment for codependency and she went to the very nice place in southern Arizona called the Meadows link here =
http://www.themeadows.org/. I flew way out there for the family week and that was where I learned about codependency. Our father drank but our mom was an abusive religious type so we have lots of issues.

Now I have done lots of self-help and self study and since I have no CoDA group and my family is in denial, my sister gave up on recovery, and I feel all alone, then I tried putting my stuff into a type of book.

Then I thought about publishing but publishers are too difficult and I do not want to sell it anyway, so I put together a website and posted the book there and now I figure to show it to see if I am still lost in space or if the text makes sense.

So the website is here =
www.Codependency.BraveHost.com and there is nothing for sale and it is meant to give some help for others dealing with codependency like myself.

I like criticism now (I use to be sensitive), both negative and positive criticism.

So are there any opinions here?
