How 'bout a curezone survey into common things among morgellons sufferers to determine possible cause?

Hi there, I am not a morgellons sufferer, but I do have an idea how we can all benefit from the experience of people who are suffering, sufferers included: Why not organize a morgellons survey right here on this site, and have it concetrate on two things:

1. Lifestyle (prior to and after the symptoms appeared)
2. Things that helped and things that didn't

The first one I think is most important. It would give everyone an insight as to where the disease is coming from. Let's say that it may be coming from genetically modified food (and I think that there is a connection there for sure). What if the survey showed that all morgellons sufferers used to consume great amounts of specific non-organic vegetable, bought at the same supermarket chain? Or if they all ate at the same fast food chain?

The second one is obvious why it's needed.

Now here is how I imagine these questions:

1. What was the date you first noticed morgellons symptoms. Give at least year and month if you dont' remember the exact date.
2. When was the fist time you noticed that something was wrong, even if there were no clear symtpoms like threads and skin lesions?
3. What were your staple foods at the time?
4. How often did you eat at McDonalds at the time, and 10 years prior to that? What was the frequency per week, and what was the approximate total number you ate there prior to getting first signs of morgellons?
5. Same question for all the other fast food restaurants: subway, dominos, pizza hut, harveys, wendys, carl jr. whatever. Just list them all, even those which are only available in some areas of the world, like "submarine sandwich" (Canada) or "Pollo loco" (california).
6. Which supermarket chain did you buy your food from. List those where you bought MOST of your foods.
7. Which other supermarket chains did you go to, less frequently?
8. What types of clothes do you wear? Cotton or synthetic or something else?
9. Where did you used to buy those clothes?
10. THIS IS IMPORTANT QUESTION: DO you live in a house or apartment? is your apartment on the ground floor? Does any of the room in place where you live rest on the ground?
11. Did you ever have any infestation problems at place of residence or work? Cockroaches, silver fish, termites, Ants etc...?
12. What problems did you have at place of residence? List all.
13. What was used to get rid of the problem?
14. What fresh (uncooked) foods did you eat before you got first symptoms of morgellons? Salads (exact type: romaine, butter lettuce, iceberg lettuce, etc). Types of tomatoes? Types of bananas? Types of corn? Types of soy?
15. If you consumed soy, how was it prepared? (e.g. soy milk, or soy based ice-cream, or tofu, or meat imitation, etc)
16. Did you consume organic foods mostly, or not organic?
17. Did you consume meat? What type mostly? (beef, angus beef, pork, chicken, etc)
18. Where did you buy that meat? List all that apply, starting with the most frequent source of meat you consumed
19. List average amounts of these foods that you consumed in a week/month/day/whatever. How many pieces/pounds/kilos of bananas, potatoes, soy, tomatoes, pork, beef, chicken, etc
20. What type of work do you do
21. Did you ever in your life take any recreational drugs, and what type?
22. Did you recieve blood transfusion?
23. what vaccines have you recieved prior to morgellons symptoms? Where and how long before the first onset of symptoms?
24. Any other I.V. recieved prior to morgellons? Dont' forget the obligatory I.V. in hospital emergency rooms.
25. Rate air quality in the area where you lived prior to getting morgellons symptoms
26. Rate your overall health prior to symtpoms
27. Your age
28. Your weight
29. Your height
30. Does anyone you know have the same symptoms? How far is their place of residence from yours?
31. What do you think caused the symptoms to appear? Any "straw that broke the camel's back" that you remember?
32. List all the places in nature that you visited prior to getting the first symtoms: e.g. hawaii (exact location), school field trip (exact location), camping locations, visits to any farms no matter how short or far the visit was,
33. List all countries you visited prior to symptoms
34. List your favorite activities. E.g. Swimming (give exact locations not only the type of water), running (again - in nature or not and where geographically), hunting, camping, diving, surfing, barbeque, partying, bars, restaurants, travel (where), etc.
35. list any prior conditions and health problems you had before morgellons. (Maybe separate this into skin problems, digestive problems, allergies, immune system problems, etc)
36. List all the symptoms you now have, from those that bother you the most:
37. List any symptoms that may have disappeared.
38. List symtpoms that are getting progressively worse.
39. List symptoms which are not changing or are getting better.
40. List symptoms which oscilate (meaning they getter better and then worse)
etc

I think this gives an idea. The more open-ended the questions, the better. Like "list all stores where yuo bought food" rather then just giving multiple choice questions with a list of stores which would have to be very long. When users fill in their own name of store, or location where they travelled, we may come across some patterns. Or we can have a multiple choice option together with fields to add those not listed.

I hope moderators notice this idea. I think that many people would like to see the results.
