? Experiencing The "Getting Sick" Symptoms in Reverse/W Healing

Doc, I know you touched on this on your CD, but I wondered if you would go a little further in explaining this.
If I were to write a book, I would have to entitle it "The Road Back"!
I know it getting one's health back means getting rid of all the toxins and bugs, and feeding it so it can get healthy again. This is sort of like the "getting sick" process in reverse?
I know, too, that the body has tremendous regenerating properties.
My question is about what one feels or experiences when it comes to the symptoms one experienced while getting sick, maybe the symptoms they are reversing now, while they are getting rid of the toxins, and what exactly that experience is like.
I am not sure I had the presence of mind to recognize all this during the early part of cleansing on your program.
Maybe I am referring to physiological as well as psychological symptoms that occured while getting sick.
I'm not sure I understood just what you were saying on your CD.
