When you have used as much as I have, you may find that even within the same Brand that you may get some good tasting and some terrible tasteing!

It depends on many factors such as when they draw the Blackstrap Molasses off and the age of it and how good it was when bottled, for when it is unsulfered, it may change it's flavor Greatly if not sealed in bottle properly!

The kind I use may some times taste sweet and mild and other times it may have a very bitter taste to it, depending on these factors listed above!

I even find that some times that which comes out of the bottle from the top to be sweeter and when I get to the botom of the bottle it may be very bitter!

This bitterness may be the higher concentration of Alkaline Minerals which may have settled to the bottom!
