Re: MC Day 1 - Question
You don't have to 'down' the lemonade. Sipping it like you would a regular glass
of lemonade is cool. Yet the live enzymes ,as in any fresh juice, start depleting
in minutes(3). I usually chug them down, ever hour on the hour for routine and
proper nourishment intake.
Unless you are 95
pounds and do no physical activity in the course of the day, I think 6 lemonades is too few. That's only about 630 calories.
If you are trying to lose weight, don't be afraid to drink up to 10-12 full
strength (2 tbs lemon/maple) McCocktails per day. The elixir will literally
melt fat once your body is in the zone. Making them fresh-on the spot, rather
than a gallon at a time is much better for the enzyme and 'live' ionic
mineral intake. It also allows for the freedom of exercising and being active
with less risk of over taxing the system.
If one is active, then it is very easy for the body to slip into starvation
mode when we drink too few or skimp on the maple syrup,i.e. one tablespoon
per drink. This on top of exercise or strenuous activity will really throw
the body off kilter if enough nourishment is not ingested. Though Stanley
mentions that 'for those wanting to reduce' weight cut the maple to one
tablespoon, I believe from experience, that unless you are very very regimented , it can be a dangerous practice and can leave one open for negative consequences.
Happy cleansing!
