I bought mine at gnc (general nutrition center) locally, but they also sell online. I started with the lowest dosage, as I always do before finding out how something might affect me. It's advertised with pure extract and no fillers. That's all I know about it so far; I just thought I'd give it a try, tho didn't really expect such results after trying so much all my life!
