Lots of lime or lemon water after meals. It helps in increasing stomach acids, digests food well and helps the liver.
Exercise is also equally important to maintain liver/GB health. High intensity cardio, running, jogging, jumping may be actually bad for health and joints. I tried yoga and pilates both recently. I find yoga lot more challenging. Inversion therapy is also helpful.
