Hi I was wondering if I was following the protocol and eating 80% fresh veggies with only 20% protein how (without going broke or eating constantly) I could afford to push myself to consume 2800-3200 calories a day to gain muscle mass? The only times I've been able to gain muscle mass with heavy weight training is when I take in more calories than my body burns each day, about 300-500 surplus. Is there a way to achieve that kind of calorie goal or would a compromise have to be made in the diet?
