Get to a good chiropractor and get the lower back fixed. Stretch the hamstrings. (The muscles on the back of your legs).
Put your foot up on a stool and the hands on top of the leg and push real easy. You'll feel a stretch on the back of your leg, hold for 10 seconds then do the other leg. Keep your back flat while doing so. Go back and forth for 3-4 times. Do before bedtime EVERYNIGHT. Goes a long way to make sure the low back is normal.
