Brown Recluse bite 2 Months in?

I have a practice member who had been bit a few months ago. She went to her MD who just gave the Antibiotics and put her on bed rest with an elevated leg. She has been doing this for the last two months, at which time she stopped coming to see us. Started back last week again, and the bite is still a mess and not healing.

I know there are other things she could be doing to help, but I am not educated enough on any of the protocols to give her advice. I do have personally keep a good 5 lbs of pascalite in my kitchen, but it being so far into this I don't know if that would still help or not.
