Has anyone tried this "mock egg bread" recipe?

I found it on another forum and if you don't have a problem with the ingredients, it might be worth a try. I made some and it turned out pretty good.

6 egg whites
1 Tbs of CREAM OF TARTAR
2 egg yolks
2 Tbs of plain/whole milk yogurt

You beat the egg whites and cream of tartar with and electric beater until stiff. I added some Sea Salt too. Then in another bowl you combine the yolks with the yogurt and mix together. I added some vanilla and stevia too. Then you fold the yolk mixure into the egg whites. Plop it onto an oiled cookie sheet in the shape of a loaf. Bake in a 300-350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. I just used a very sharp knife to slice and it was great. Next time I think I'll add some form of fiber.

Oh yeah! I have had all kinds of "threads" showing up too down below! Must be the cream of tarter?? Just wanted to put this out there.
