If Acne is your worst problem then have you thought about doing Schulzes foundatoin progam? As he would say if your skin is 'pooping' then it is because the normal chanels of elimination are not wokring as well as they could be.

His teat tree oil routine has done wonders for many actresses - he has stated this in his writings.

Wheat grass is always best taken as fresh as pos - or if dried then make sure it is cold dried not heat dried.
