I just ordered 4 more bottles of Dewormer and my first bottle of LBB from Barefoots. I talked extensively with Brenda on the phone about the LBB so I could understand how it works and what recommendations she had for it. Lovely lady, that Brenda.

From the castor oil I took yesterday, I got diarrhea and passed loose stool and some stuff that looked like candida but I didn't get those impactions. So I'm counting on the LBB to do its magic there. I'm excited about getting a working colon again.

Knowing that it's currently difficult to pass a normal b.m., should I hold off on any further liver flushes for the time being? I'll continue the dewormer... Tweet
