Thank you for your input.
I tried looking for meaning of color in dreams.
Closest I could get to coral was peach, which indicates empathy.
Also because the boss is an authority figure, this could be guidance
to develop a more empathetic side.

The next day I managed to relate this dream to the manager.
He said it was a nightmare (because he was in it), so you can
see his belief that the employees don't have positive image of him.
