Re: feces covered with blood

A lot of people with health problems have constipation--hard stool. Even if your bowel movement doesn't seem hard, it still may be and could cause you to bleed. You may also have hemorrhoids, which get easily irritated and bleed when going to the bathroom. If you push too hard on the toilet, that can cause stress on your body.

I can also say that when I started urine therapy, I got some very soft stool that was toxic and so it burned coming out. Your anal walls are very thin and are not meant to deal with the stress of toxins, hard stool, or forceful bowel movements by abdominal pushing. If the problem persists and you cannot self-diagnose it as something simple you can fix on your own, go see a doctor.

Keep yourself washed gently. If you have a bottle with a spout, fill it with warm water and rinse or even wash yourself there and lightly dab yourself dry to keep yourself clean after each bowel movement. The toxins that come out when your body is trying to heal can really burn, cause rectal itching and inflammation.

Lovey
