The Baking soda along with the Epsom Salt may be ok in some cases, but this depends upon the condition of the body!

In other words, if a person has to much Potassium in ratio to the amount of Sodium, then in this case it may be good to use!

But if a person has too much Sodium in ratio to the amount of Potassium, then in this case it may not be a good idea to use!

I would not reccomend it as a normal usage with the BSM drink!

It may have more value in the Liver flush tho, for it would allow the body to retain more moisture, and this may make it easier on the body for the flush in some cases!
