One of the first items I put in my book was the cure for Fever Blisters, Herpes Simplex.

It is so simple you wonder why everyone doesn't know about it.

At the first sign or first tingle of an oncoming fever blister, take 1,000 mg of L-Lysine 3 times a day. Once it goes away you can take 500 mg per day and will never have a fever blister again.

It also work equally well on Genital Herpes and Shingles.
