Re: "I Can Make You Thin" (tv series with Paul McKenna)
I watched it because the commercial was really appealing: it looks as though he's going to get everyone doing EFT through the TV. (This Monday, maybe--or will they hold that out as a carrot? for a few more weeks. Good promo for this show, I thought. Anyway, kind of wonderful, the explosion of these former "fringe" modalities; I was happy to think of tons of people learning EFT the easy way, by mimicking him.
And yeah--these ARE golden rules: esp. the eating consciously. I've been missing the days when (living at a retreat centre) everyone ate this way--and, in silence. It was a lovely time of connectedness-- everyone eating slowly and QUIETLY.
just imagining it makes me feel sated. :-)
Edit:
one of the effects of eating this way -in silence- and with great attention, is that you become aware that it is not the food per se that feeds you, but rather, the awareness, the recognition of Grace and appreciation, and the knowledge that we are not actually this flesh and blood body, while we may still taste and appreciate every mouthful through the wonder of inhabiting it.
