rapid heart beat and pregnancy

Hi..I'm 25 years old, 29 weeks pregnant and for about the past week my heart will beat fast and I feel a little short of breath. It only lasts maybe 20-30 seconds then goes away. It also happens at randoms times. Any suggestions...I'm a little worried it may affect the baby????
