Liver Sore Days After Castor Oil Pack

who knows about castor oil packs? i did a castor oil pack on my liver on sunday, and added some cayenne tincture to help out a bit. well, its now thursday morning and my liver is still a bit tender. this seems to be way too long for this to be happening. i guess its "toxins getting flushed out" or whatever, but four days later?

must admit i am new to castor oil packs so not sure if this is normal. i have done tons of Liver Cleansing teas (milk thistle, burdock root, dandelion, etc) and multiple liver flushes, but nothing has affected my liver like this castor oil pack. i must say i am quite surprised.

perhaps it was the cayenne tincture? i put maybe 6 or 7 drops of the cayenne on my liver area, rubbed that in then rubbed castor oil on top of that, then put the castor oil pack on for about an hour and a half with a hot water bottle.
