Can you please help me determine if I have a hormonal, pituitary, thyroid, adrenal problem, all of the above or what one it may be? Sorry for the long post in advance! I am a 28 year old male.

Here are the test results I have had;

1/30/08:

TSH: 0.95 Range: 0.50 - 5.00 uIU/mL .45 above lowest normal range/4.05 below highest normal range

Estradiol, Serum <32

Estradiol Reference Ranges:
Male: <=54

It goes on to say no pediatric reference range established.

T-3 Uptake: 40.31 High Range: 25.0 - 35.0% Uptake 15.31 above lowest normal range/5.31 above highest normal range

T-4, Total: 5.7 Range: 4.5 - 12.0 MCG/DL 1.20 above lowest normal range/6.3 below highest normal range

Free Thyroxine Index: 2.30 Range: 1.12 - 4.20 1.18 above lowest normal range/1.90 below highest normal range

T-3, Total: 93 Range 60 - 181 NG/DL 33 above lowest normal range/88 below highest normal range

Testosterone, Total: 393 Range: 241 - 827 NG/DL 152 above lowest normal range/434 below highest normal range.

My renin, plasma activity was 1.9 ng/ml/hr and aldosterone, LC/MS/MS was 13. I don't know how to read any of this stuff or what it means, but here are so more results by blood (which differ from my saliva test;

Thyroid Peroxidase AB <10.0 IU/ML (Reference Ranges <35)
Thyroglobulin AB <20.0 IU/ML (Reference Ranges <20
Vitamin D, 25-OH, LCMSMS (all reference ranges below 20-100)

Vitamin D, 25-OH, Total 34 ng/mL
Vitamin D, 25-OH, D3 34 ng/mL
Vitamin D, 25-OH, D2 <4 ng/mL

It states; 25-OHD3 indicates both endogenous production and supplementation. 25-OHD2 is an indicator of exogenous sources such as diet or supplementation. Therapy is based on measurement of Total 25-OHD, with levels <20>30 ng/mL.
