Wow...essential oils
I haven't had a reaction to any natural health protocol as efficiently and directly as I had with diffusing essential oils.
The olfactory system is directly tied to the brain. when you inhale the stuff it bypasses the stomach acids. It goes directly to the blood system. They say that after inhaling an essential oil, that it is mere minutes that it can be recorded in every cell in the body. That is why it's very important what oil you choose to inhale.
There is also a very interesting article on frequencies and oil. This is a good site about oils and their uses:

Now, when I drink coffee, I sniff lavender. After hours of reading, I now realize there is real
Science behind this stuff. I steam diffuse (cold vapor).
I would not put Oil of oregano into the diffuser however. I still think that taking it via oil pulling is the way to go. I still think that old sublingual effect is very useful, but the oil has be useful for your internal dental environment too. Not all are suitable for direct contact with mucous membranes.
I don't know what it is about sesame oil. But what I do know? After years on this forum, it is very apparent to me that people react very individually to oils. And if you are in tune, then you are probably right on. If you continue to experience good effects...why fix what isn't broken? If you are silently screaming for flax, why in the world would you feed it sesame? Don't be swayed by a few opinions, you are doing great!!
