Holy fung fung Batman...
6 lbs gone this morning and I haven't even had my coffee yesterday.
I jogged real short distances to the store yesterday twice... Wonder if that is the deal.
What a huge difference.
A few nuts to curb appetite.
Tons of green tea.
Wow...
I am geeked.
Oh yeah I smashed my left side and broke everything, that is why I gained to much from being on the couch... anyway yesterday the clavicle was making weird sensations... like it was finishing healing or something. And the day befor emy shoulder was doing the same thing.
I bet taking the turmoil off your digestive system allows you to heal...
\I am super tall though so I imagine its quite a bit of water, but my body has always loved fasting. Works like a charm.
