Gallbladder pain

I have been diagnosised w/ Gallstones & inflamation, I did two olive oil/lemon juices flushes. Passed total of 80+ stones. Completed Dr shultzes liver/gallbladder flush. continued with Dr Shultzes gallbladder flush drink, also apple cider vinager and garlic tablets. I still have pain at times but I also have a hot burning pain under my right arm and down my right side.I saw surgeon today but he doesn't think the pain under my arm is from the gallbladder. Does anyone know what this pain is from? I have used castor oil packs, hot water bottles, this helps but pain returns within a few days. Any suggestions please!!! I dont want to have the surgery done if I can help it. Advice needed from someone who had similair pain. Tweet
