Re: Oregano Essential Oil uses

Hey North Star,

I use oregano e.o. in my water. I distill my water and put in a few drops of oil and drink it.

I have used it *undiluted* and do not suggest that on my skin tags and as a 'peel' on my face. I looked sunburned! Also, my skin tags itched extremely. I would do the 'peel' and tags again with a carrier oil of apricot or olive oil.

In a bath, I have put the oregano oil. I have two bottles now because I misread something (that is another story :0)) so the one bottle which is pure oregano, I put in my water and have done in the bath. The one which is in grapeseed oil, I use for my bath now...a few drops. I do not like the flavor of the grapeseed oil to put it in my water.

If you use the oil in the bath, put it in after the bath water is filled and then swirl around in the water. Also, do not put many drops in, it can, ummm, 'sting/burn' your private area.

There is many other uses I just cannot think of them right now. Maybe someone will pop in and give you the list that I have read on here before.

Peace,
Beth
