HELP...what foods can be eaten?

Hi Everyone.

My brother just got diagnosed with bleeding ulcers and my mom and i are desperately trying to find a diet for him.
The tricky part is he also has Barretts and cannot eat what people with Chromes disease can't eat. He has down's syndrome so all he can understand is that he is sick and can't eat any of the food he likes, and he is a tad depressed over the whole thing.
I know what you can't eat with bleeding ulcers, but i cannot find a list of what you can eat. chromes and barretts aside, if anyone knows of a good site or what i can fill his easter basket with PLEASE tell me or email me.
