When you have beliefs that are conflicting you, they are also fed to your own ego and in the result the ego becomes obsessed with the individual truth generated by those beliefs. And in the end you experience stress!
When you have beliefs that serve you well meaning they make you feel so good (like putting you in a state of bliss), then the ego will help you along as long there are no other beliefs that can interfere with the emotional state.
So in the end, get rid of the beliefs that don't serve you and cultivate those beliefs that makes you follow your own bliss!!!!
