I don't know about Schwartzy, but, politicians sure do lie a whole bunch here in the states. I think the reason they do it is because they are elected by the People, and the people want to send someone who is representative of themselves to the legislatures, judicial, executive and administrative law branches of gov.

I'd say from the looks of things, that the representative government is working pretty well. We've seen lots of womanizers, manizers, boozers, thives, murderers, etc elected to many offices. It's nice to know that the People are represented. If politicians were honest, it would not be representative of the people. Tweet
