I'm starting a fast tomorrow and i'm going for as long as i feel i need to. I'm aiming to lose 28lbs which will make me around 96lbs (I'm 5"1 and i used to be this weight, until i discovered chocolate!). I hate carrying all this excess weight. I have fasted before for 10 days and lost 12lbs. I'm going to be exercising every other day. I'm really hoping i can do this. I just want to be healthy again.
