Acne, Testosterone, and Saw Palmetto

I've known for a long time I've had an excess of testo (the one thing not tested by the quantumsource pc- still requires a blood test) and it appears to be a factor in my acne. After working on it and testing negative for candida, I still had acne, though it got better.

So I recently started using a lotion containing estrogen and progesterone; although it didn't prevent new ones from forming, it did help them from getting as bad as they usually did.

I figured since it WAS helping (as estrogen and prog balances out testo), I'd try saw palmetto to affect testo from the inside. Well, it's been 2 weeks and there is an improvement already; no new ones since starting it.

I still wonder about acne; obviously it's more than JUST testo or all men would have acne. Maybe it's a combo of testo and other things...but there has been an improvement. It's cheap and easy without any side effects (for me), well worth it.

Will let you all know of any progress.
