Disfunctional Court System at lowest levels

In my experience, which is extensive, the entire Domestic Relations system in Florida is disfunctional. If the law is not enforced at this level, and it isn't, why do we bother with enforcing the more prevelant laws? I've just finished reading the book MORE THAN MURDER, about one particular Florida divorce case that permitted so many blatant lies to be committed, that the author actually equates the court system as an ACCOMPLICE in the death of her step-son. I didn't believe it was possible, so I downloaded the proof from the same site (www.lulu.com/marilynellsworth). There it is in black and white! The courts not only allowed the lies but refused to enforce perjury statutes against the liar! So, if the laws let liars, cheats, and thieves rule and rein at that level, why bother enforcing the law at any other. Even the lawyers lied in court and to the court according to that book. No lie! If we don't fight that kind of court system, who will. That author did, and boy! do I give her credit! You go, girl! Tweet
