I agree that none of the changes to the environment or weather are under the control of the general civilian population. The damage to earth's environment has been caused for decades largely by the military, but also the corporate and industrial sectors were heavy contributors.


The military all over the world has mistreated the environment so much that the environment is finally collapsing after decades of added industrial pollution/damage, but they don't want admit to themselves (let alone us), so they are going to add sulfate droplets to the atmosphere (in order to pretend it was nothing THEY did to cause this).
