Global Light had previously sold the raw materials but discontinued that line of products, Up til now they have sold the pre-mixed 28% solution in a quantity that would fill fourteen 4oz bottles. Have noticed just yesterday that they are now advertising Miracle-Mineral-Supplement as a water purification solution.
The only way to get the raw material [sodium chlorite flakes] is to order through a chemical supplier and pay the hefty delivery charge for the haz-chem material. The only way to avoid the pricey haz-chem delivery charge is to go pick up the material yourself as Jim Humble describes how he did it in Nevada.
Ordering a barrel of sodium chlorite flakes from Canada costs about $250 + $200 minimum delivery charge +$100 for customs = $550
This does not include the price of the Haz-Chem storage unit that you will need to store the material in once you get it. You may be able to find a company that rents these for a price - not certain bout that.
