Bush's speech today was, by far, his most embarassing to date.

and that's saying something. Speaking to an Economic Club of NY or similar concern, can't remember the venue. You gotta YouTube that thing...I couldn't do it justice on the printed page. I'm convinced that the guy is mentally ill, a little madness setting in. He's incoherent in thought and his conclusions are sophomoric on economic theory and sound judgement. Pay special attention to the learned audience who can't really believe what they're hearing. Listen to it.
