Quackwatch article on liver flushes

I'm starting my first liver flush tomorrow. To prepare, I've been doing tons of research online and reading through all the posts on this site - all have been very helpful. I'm actually going to follow the tip to put the epsom salts in gel caps. Great idea! However, I did run across an article that was posted on quackwatch.com (see link below) that discounts gallbladder and liver flushes. The doctor who wrote this article states that what comes out during the flush is "merely bile-stained 'soaps' produced by partial saponification (soap formation) of the oil" and not gallstones. I'm just curious what response the liver flush veterans would have to this? Thoughts? http://www.quackwatch.com/01QuackeryRelatedTopics/flushes.html
