Out of curiosity, I looked into a nutrition profile for Maca:

Now the profile does vary dependent upon source, as I would attribute that to growing conditions. The maca I use is here:

I looked today and it stated two teaspoons provide 2000mg of potassium! I am going to have to re-read it when I get home to be sure. Maybe this is why I have been feeling so much better.
