You may be looking at it "ALL" from the wrong idea!

The body is an Electrical machine!

This means that you must have Acids which react against enough Alkaline Minerals to generate the Electrical Energy which is needed to power our body!

So it is not all about getting rid of "ALL" of the Acids, but about reducing the amount of Excess Acids and then supplying the body with the needed Alkaline Minerals which then may Balance out the amount of Acids so as to constantly allow for Generation of Electrical Energy for the body to be powered by!

And it is also about getting rid of the Acids which are not part of a Complexed Carbohydrate which is also Highly Mineralized!

For the Hydrogenated Fatty Acids may be Killing you, faster than you may realize!

The main problem is most people do not have a supply of the needed Alkaline Minerals with which the body may use to react against the Excess acids which the body is trying to live in and then because of this you do not have "ANY" Energy and the Acids start to Disolve your Bones and you become short of Oxygen and then you may end up 6 feet under!

Now everyone is different and you may recover just as fast as you are able to change your Life style so as to provide your body with the Balance which may provide your body with "ALL" of the Alkaline Minerals which are now missing, and not a minute sooner!

So the more you may choose to Cheat and eat foods which may be Refined and Processed foods which may cause you to become too Acidic , then the longer time til recovery it may be for you, if ever!
