After trying to help my son with his "senior" homework (harder than it used to be), I was stuck for a good idea and decided to de-stress upside down. Whilst inverted, it came to me. I had a great idea for his project. It was positively inspiring. It occurred to me that perhaps it was the extra oxygen flow to the brain or maybe the increased relaxation, but ever since whenever I need to clear my head or try to concentrate on something, I invert first.
I often need to be very creative for work and come up with stuff that hadn't been previously considered. I find that idea come much more quickly when I am upside down.
Cool huh!!
