chin?

hi,

just wondering why i get spots on my chin, lips and under my nose but very rarly do i get them anywere else. These spots seam to stay but they varie in size, i can often cover them up but sometimes they do get a bit out of hand, i.e when i drink. but i dont really drink anymore, seams to have helped. I cant help but wonder why i get them in this area only? any advice on what the prob mite be and how to sort it!?
