You will be starting over from day 1. Your detox symptoms will most likely be less since you are cleaner that you were a couple weeks ago. It would also have a lot to do with what you ate over the weekend. If you ate healthy, you may not experience much (if any) of the first 1-4 day blahs. However if you ate fast food/junk food, you may feel some discomfort.
In any case, you are starting out cleaner than you did at the beginning of the last cleanse!
