lesions not healing

I think I have HSV2, but my blood tests are neg so far (only been 12 weeks since exposed). I have a few small lesions-like things on my penis that are not healing. They are not gross; they are just red (healing skin colored) lesions. I have no pain or discomfort, but they dont seem to be going away. The skin is very weak and easily torn. They look like they have been healing for like 6 weeks now. They also could be described as scars but with very thin, weak skin. how do I get rid of them or help them heel?
