The issues she has with Muslims applies equally to Christianity and most other middle aged based religions. Christianity is only less guilty to the extent that it's been watered down and modified to suit the interests of various empires throughout history that have used Christianity as its rally cry, and mixed with local customs of those various people that have been under control of said empires.
And though this flexibility has kept Christianity dominant and powerful, it's strength and core beliefs largely haven't survived. Either by various alterations and rewrites of the Bible over time, or the by popularity of Evangelical and other theology killing profit and power vehicles that create their own mini-empires in addition to supporting vile slavery and genocidal efforts around the globe.
None of this is supposed to criticize Christianity in its pure form, but rather the way it's been appropriated and mutated over the ages to support largely antihumanitarian power structures that Christ would have wanted nothing to do with.
