So you're saying that when I used to eat unhealthy foods, tons of sugar, load my body with Antibiotics , never take vitamins or minerals, never exercise and used to catch colds all the time, that my immune system was actually in better working order? And that since I've revised my lifestyle and take better care of my body through proper diet and exercise and rarely am ever sick that my immune system is actually weaker now?
I understand that a lot of times exposure to certain germs, etc. can help strengthen the immune system, but do you suggest that I return to my old lifestyle of bad health in order to optimize it?
I do have to admit that I DID have fewer outbreaks, but I'm just not sure that I want to go back to old habits just to try it out, ya know?
