Hey, I'd be careful with the dandruff shampoo on the lips. Over a year ago I tried that, and it made my lips even worse. But I didn't just wash my lips with it, I put it on for about 10 minutes a day for about 4-5 days. Actually its more or less the only thing that affected my lips, nothing much made it better or worse so I was surprised. It had made my lips turn more white and wrinkly.
