Hey there. Ive tried different alkaline diets. I havent found one that worked for me. But there are a lot of other issues at play here. POst what types of foods you eat, Im interested to know, not even so much for Acne but overall health.
Ive had a lot of emotional problems and I know stress is very acid forming in the body. It would be good to know what foods to eat to combat stress in this way too.
