I don't care what a manufacturer tells you about their product. If the machine is a corona discharge machine and uses undried air as a gas feed source, the machine will produce nitrous oxide and when this comes in contact with water or water vapor (like in your colon)it will turn into nitric acid in small amounts dependent on the humidity level in the original air. However if the same room air is dried to a dewpoint temperature of minus 60 C or more, this will not happen.
I wouldn't do what you're doing but that is up to you. If you feel you are receiving benefit from the therapy with no detriment, go for it. I personally would use only pure oxygen as a feed gas so NoX cannot be created by the ozonator. many people are very sensitive to NoX. You can read about this in more depth at
