Blood type diet

...consider the sunshine sent

It is an interesting plan, this Blood Type Diet .
I'll see what it does over the next year. So far
it seems really good. I am over the divorce from
wheat and corn products and orange juice and the
like. The list is long, yet I have noticed that I
can pretty much eat as much and what I care to &
haven't gained an ounce. Crazy as it sounds I am
prone to believe that people,in this day and age,
crave the things that are not conducive to their
best health interests.Kind of like the poisons or
illbeneficial foods feed on themselves, making the
body crave its addictions. I don't crave popcorn
or bread anymore at all. I loved homemade breads
and pastas, making the best popcorn, too, yet have
switched to brown rice cakes as a movie snack.Hmm.
That reminds me...I need to see how to 'pop'/puff
brown rice! I'll try the air popper.

The Master Cleanser has been a major factor in my
quest to develop optimum health through willpower
and proper diet and lifestyle, making it a breeze
to say no to the whims and fancies that I realize
were/are harmful.Self empowerment is the greatest
attribute of the MC. That's why I am always super
strict while cleansing & suggest that others also
do the same so they too can carry forward the total
selfcontrol that I have honed.

Aloha!
