i'm new and need some help

Hi, my name is Natalie and was just recently told i had costochondritis. Even though i was only told about a month ago doctor i've had the pains for a while now and when i had an attack i finally went to see what was wrong. I'm really happy i've found this site, just because knowing that there are others that have it and can possibly help makes me feel better. i know a bit about it but i was just wondering if someone could give me advice about what to do. I'm sorry i don't have a specific question for any of you but i'm still a bit unsure of what to ask. i've been really paranoid about the whole situation before i found out what it is, and now that i have i have no clue what i'm to do and the doctor was very helpful. can anyone please give me some general advice for a newbie like me?

i'll try to stay as active as i can here. to see responses and talk because i noticed someone had said this site isn't as active as they hoped. well i think this is a great site so i'll be here.
