You really seem to have the mystery issue; obviously doesn't sound like normal acne.

Have you considered diagnosis at the quantumsource computer? Diagnosis seems like the key here. If not quantumsource, maybe checking out a neartby learning university? I wouldn't necessarily follow dr's protocol, but a diagnosis of your condition might make the natural answer clear.
