Hubby and I have done a number of cleanses and had our "results" tested by doctor. Yes they were stones, chartruese colored at that... zillions... some small as sand and others big as bird eggs. Doc grabbed that three finger baggie and demanded to know how we got them out! Pretty funny, but of course he did not ask for specifics to pass on to others. No no.

God bless the docs who "practice" with confidence but not arrogance. We consider "health care" how we personally chose to feed and care for ourselves for good homeostasis, ergo, preventing entering the "sick care system".

Ignoring medical arrogance, whether it is dark green sludge or zillions of chartruese stones every cleanse that nets results that improve ease of living is vital. The organic apple juice we drank for two days softened the stones and the cold pressed olive oil and lemon juice pushed it all out! It was great...

EXCEPT... if your intestines are unhealthy you better watch out for how much toxicity your cleanse unloads into your dumper! You do not want that garbage in your body to be reabsorbed or housed in your intestines... do a Dr. Richard Schulze 5 day Bowel Cleanse FIRST! Check the net, you will find Herbdoc.com. He has two other major cleanses to help "change your oil" (Just a concept= we "care" for our car's systems better than our body's at times. Would you EVER stuff a candy bar in your fuel tank? 100,000 miles on your oil change anyone?) Health food store supplements are quite weak incomparason to Dr. Schulze 's products and others I've found NOT in health food stores, so consider that when you choose your products. My hubby is the only one of 7 siblings who still has his gallbladder BECAUSE he chooses different than them... all 50ish.

Doctors are only practicing too and albeit they get credit for what they do, they ONLY have license to treat disease, they do not have license to attend to nutritional needs of the created beings we all are... human. Cut burn drug bandaides seldom HEAL anything. They may help prolong life, but that is not our goal.
